Download the habit tracker here. Pin this to your wall. Create a rule and write down your start date. Once you start keep going until the 100 days are up. See how many you can do in a row. When you miss a day, leave it blank. Brush it off and keep going to the next. Resist the urge to do a cumulative 100 days.
